In addition, the apartment offers a second bedroom with a double sofa bed, providing extra space for guests or family members. The bathroom is functional and fully equipped for maximum comfort.

As an added touch, the apartment’s floor has been newly renovated in October 2025, ensuring a fresh and modern feel throughout.

Included Amenities and Services:
The apartment is provided with clean bed linen and towels only at check-in. Upon your arrival, you will find fresh sheets and a clean set of towels. No replacements or extra supplies are provided during the stay.
You will also find basic amenities upon arrival (toilet paper, shower gel, coffee, sugar, salt, oil), available as an initial courtesy kit and not replenished once finished.

City Tax:
The city tax is not included in the rate and, as required by local regulations, must be paid via a dedicated payment link that will be sent prior to arrival.

Submission of Documents to the Police Headquarters:
In compliance with Italian law, we are required to submit valid ID documents of all guests to the Police Headquarters.
To facilitate check-in, documents must be uploaded to our platform before accessing the property.
