Important Notice:
During the winter season, all vehicles (including rental cars) must be equipped with winter tyres and/or snow chains, as required by local regulations. This is also strongly recommended because access to the apartment’s garage is via a ramp, which may be slippery in snowy or icy conditions. Please make sure your car is properly equipped before arrival.

Included Amenities and Services:
The apartment is provided with clean bed linen and towels only at check-in. Upon your arrival, you will find fresh sheets and a clean set of towels. No replacements or extra supplies are provided during the stay.
You will also find basic amenities upon arrival (toilet paper, shower gel, coffee, sugar, salt, oil), available as an initial courtesy kit and not replenished once finished.

City Tax:
The city tax is not included in the rate and, as required by local regulations, must be paid via a dedicated payment link that will be sent prior to arrival.

Submission of Documents to the Police Headquarters:
In compliance with Italian law, we are required to submit valid ID documents of all guests to the Police Headquarters.
To facilitate check-in, documents must be uploaded to our platform before accessing the property.
