- Fully equipped kitchen: it features an oven, refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, and kettle, everything you need for preparing home-cooked meals with ease.
- Newly renovated bathroom: modern and functional, with walk-in shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
- Two balconies with side sea view: ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors or a relaxing aperitivo at sunset.
